Product Overview

The EST multi-channel temperature smart controller employs proprietary patented software algorithm technology and embedded programs, matched with industrial-grade measurement and control chips, to precisely realize data processing, predictive analysis and more. By monitoring the temperature of heat points such as switch contacts in real time, it can detect early signs of abnormal heating faults and thus prevent failures. Meanwhile, temperature history records provide a scientific data basis for condition-based maintenance of switchgear. Temperature sensing depends not only on the temperature sensor, but is also deeply linked to the controller's temperature acquisition, temperature analysis and trend judgment, making the data "trustworthy" and "smart-controllable".

FAQ

The EST multi-channel residual current monitoring and control unit is a FEXLINK multi-channel residual current monitoring device, suitable for leakage monitoring of multiple circuits in power distribution systems.
It is suitable for scenarios requiring multi-point leakage monitoring, such as multi-circuit distribution boxes, commercial complexes, and hospitals.
Compared with single-circuit leakage monitoring, the EST provides parallel monitoring across multiple channels, covering more circuits with a single device for more economical deployment.
Mount it on a DIN rail inside the distribution cabinet, connect the residual current transformers of each circuit to the corresponding channels, and link them to the RS485 bus.
