Ground-Resistance Online Monitoring System

Three-pole/clamp-meter dual-mode online monitoring replaces manual inspection and prevents personal and equipment accidents caused by grounding faults.

OVERVIEW

Three-pole/clamp-meter dual-mode online monitoring replaces manual inspection and prevents personal and equipment accidents caused by grounding faults.

Based on FR-series three-pole monitors and FRP-series clamp-meter monitors, it delivers 7x24 continuous online ground-resistance monitoring. The FR series (fall-of-potential method) measures 0.01ohm to 200ohm for precise measurement of new grounding systems; the FRP series uses contactless clamp-meter measurement without auxiliary electrodes for rapid surveys of existing grounding systems, with an explosion-proof Ex ia IIC T4 option for petrochemical scenarios.

PAIN POINTS

Industry Pain Points

01
📏

Long Manual Measurement Cycles, Low Precision

Conventional ground-resistance measurement relies on periodic manual testing; cycles are long, efficiency is low, and data cannot be obtained promptly in bad weather.

02
⚠️

Delayed Grounding-Fault Detection

Grounding status changes after lightning strikes or faults are not captured in time; delayed detection can lead to personal and equipment accidents.

03
🔥

High Risk of Manual Measurement in Hazardous Areas

Manual measurement in explosion-hazard zones such as petrochemical tank farms carries safety risks; ordinary test equipment cannot enter, leaving grounding unmonitored.

04
🗂️

Difficult Scattered Multi-Point Management

Substations, telecom base stations and wind farms have widely distributed measurement points without unified aggregation or centralized management.
