FEXLINK Harmonic Fingerprint AI Technology Achieves Major Breakthrough with 97.3% Hazard Identification Accuracy

FEXLINK's technical team achieved an important breakthrough in electrical hazard monitoring - a new-generation harmonic fingerprint AI analysis technology. By performing fine sampling of line voltage and current waveforms at up to 256 points/cycle, the technology extracts harmonic feature patterns generated by different electrical equipment and fault types, and combines deep learning models for precise hazard classification and identification. Experimental data shows the technology achieves 97.3% identification accuracy for arc faults, and detects early insulation-aging signs more than 4 times better than traditional threshold methods. The technology has been applied to pilot projects such as an expressway and an airport, with 40+ electrical hazards successfully warned cumulatively, effectively avoiding potential electrical-fire accidents.
