FEXLINK Releases CC-900 Flagship PLC Supporting 256-Axis EtherCAT Control per Unit

FEXLINK Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. officially released the CC-900 flagship programmable logic controller. The CC-900 uses a Rockchip RK3588M automotive-grade chip (4x Cortex-A76 + 2x Cortex-M7) with 8GB DDR4 and 64GB eMMC, supporting up to 256 EtherCAT axes and 64,000 I/O points per controller. It features dual Gigabit TSN switch ports and real-time communication over both PROFINET IRT and EtherCAT. The CC-900 comes with the CODESYS Control runtime preinstalled, supports all five IEC 61131-3 programming languages, and includes a lightweight AI inference engine for edge-side equipment fault prediction and process parameter optimization. The product has passed CE, UL and SIL 2 functional safety certifications and operates stably across a wide temperature range from -40C to 85C.
