FEXLINK signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Shenzhen Fire Association to jointly promote large-scale deployment of electrical-fire monitoring and warning technology in urban villages, old residential communities and other scenarios. Within the next two years, the two parties plan to deploy no fewer than 50,000 electrical-safety monitoring terminals in over 1,000 urban-village rental units and old residential communities in Shenzhen, building a citywide electrical-fire monitoring and warning network. Under the agreement, FEXLINK will deliver a complete solution based on ESA smart meters, EST wireless temperature sensors and the electrical hazard AI analysis system, enabling real-time monitoring and intelligent warning of leakage, overload, abnormal temperature, arc faults and other electrical hazards. The first-phase project has officially launched in Shatou Subdistrict, Futian District, with about 8,000 monitoring terminals planned.
